This plan was designed for a small and uniquely shaped building envelope. The perimeter of this contemporary home includes the great room and open kitchen. This vaulted space enjoys panoramic views of the the Tetherow Golf Course, with an outdoor patio off to the side. We were limited to a relatively tight space for the patio, so we designed broad cantilevered overhangs for shade, eliminating the need for columns.
